This collection of principles is used by more than 90% of successful organizations throughout the world. With rapid evolution of technology changes and customer needs, the ITIL version also continues to change. According to the latest research program by Axelos, itil is now more important to activate the cloud strategy and large data. According to Forbes Insights: State Report ISM 2017 shows the importance of itil, where 88% of executives state that ITSM is a revolutionary for their digital transformation efforts. As a result, with the evolution of the IT world, Axelos has started the introduction of itil 4.
Itil 4 is the evolution of ITIL V3 techniques. However, meaningful practices from the previous version of the ITIL course are still authentic, however, itil 4 has been updated to include modern practices and methods to provide quality products and fast service to customers.
Itil 4 certification path
Itil evolved from version 3 to version 4 during 2019 with the introduction of the Foundation and Professional Transitional Course Management Course. ITIL certification path 4, similar to ITIL V3, has an ITIL Foundation exam and related certification. There are less than 4 intermediary courses than in the ITIL V3, which now includes three course specialist specialists, ITIL strategy courses, and ITIL leader courses as follows:
- Itil specialists: make, provide and support (CD)
- Itil Specialists: Driving Stakeholder Value
- ITIL specialist: high velocity
- ITIL Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Increase (DPI)
- Itil Leader: Digital & IT Strategy
Itil 4 specialists: make, provide and support training courses
This section protects the ‘core’ service management business and enlarges the scope of the current ITIL to cover the ‘creation’ of help. This section is different from the combination of individual assessment courses and pursuits to produce, carry and bring products and services that support IT on time, also hide supporting practices, ways, and tools. This section will also include the achievement of services and will provide specialists and sympathetic practitioners of service quality and improvement methods. It will also allow specialists to continue to provide inventive but reliable technology permit services to their customers in the aggressive market.

Itil V3 lasts for one year and around 60% -70% of itil 4 comes from itilv3. In itil 4 there are two main songs, managing professional and digital leaders. The first path to be designed by Axelos is managing professionals. Managing Professional consists of a total of 4 courses. Axelos creates a link course for V3 certified individuals who have 17 credit or more known as professional transition courses. This allows V3 certified professionals to take one instead of 4 to achieve professional management certification.
Itil 4 intermediate courses where each course lasts for three days long, and no command is required to take the course. Candidates who accommodate PMP PMI credentials will produce a total of 16 PDUs for the ITIL 4 day 2 Foundation courses and a total of 24 PDUs for every 4 medium courses. After producing 3 credentials of ITIL specialists and strategic credentials itil, you will immediately get the appointment of Itil Managing Professional (MP). This credit system is very similar to how itt v3, when a student meets the management requirements throughout the LifeCycle (MALC) exam, they automatically get the credentials of “Itil Expert”. After getting the ITIL strategy credentials and ITIL leaders, they will automatically get the certification of the Itil Strategic Leader (SL).
