Enlisted troops must have finished ALC, warrant officials must have completed WOAC, and officers must have completed CCC or a comparable program.

- Each course must be part of a degree program that has been authorized.
- After you enroll through ArmyIgnitED, you will be notified whether or not your Tuition Assistance application has been granted. If you are not authorized, ArmyIgnitED will tell you why and what your subsequent actions should be.
- If you want to attend a course with an institution that does not feature the ArmyIgnitED electronic class schedule, you can do so. In ArmyIgnitED, a Tuition Assistance Request Approval form must be completed. After that, it will be sent to an Army Education Counselor to be evaluated and approved.
